I’m always a fan of questions that begin with “Is it okay if I’m turned on by…” In general, my answer to that question will be “yes”, provided it has nothing to do with pedophilia, bestiality or similarly taboo scenarios. There’s so much shame attached to sexual desire, when it all comes down to one grand eternal truth—you can’t fight what makes your dick hard.
Some people are into toon cock. I mean, who hasn't imagined what their favorite cartoon character would look like naked? It may not necessarily be a sexual interest.
