Lowell Bailey (born July 15, 1981) is an American biathlete who has competed since 2001. His best World Cup finish was 5th in the sprint event both at Kontiolahti (FIN) and Oestersund (SWE) in 2011.
Bailey's best finish at the Biathlon World Championships was 18th in the Mass Start event at Pyeong Chang (KOR) in 2009.
At the 2006 Winter Olympics, he finished 27th in the individual, 46th in the sprint, and 48th in the pursuit events.
At the 2010 Winter Olympics, he finished 36th in the 10 km sprint event and he also finished 36th in the 12.5 km pursuit.
