GIF animations of gay porn scenes (or amateur videos) have become such a big deal over the past few years that mainstream studios like Chaos Men and Dominic Ford have finally taken a hint from Tumblr and incorporated them within their promo materials. They’ve even proved their worth beyond sexual purposes, as seen in BuzzFeed‘s excellent piece entitled “Tumblr Proves Gay Porn GIFs Are Applicable For Every Situation“.
When done properly, the gay porn GIF can be a magical thing, capturing a climactic moment that’s worth reliving over and over and over and over… And, well, you (literally) get the picture. Some people enjoy something as simple as the jiggle of a bottom’s cheeks or a top’s balls swinging around in the air with every thrust. Others might prefer something less commonplace like this gem. Cum shots? Watersports? Extreme close-ups of penetration? Self-facials? Whatever you fancy, it’s probably somewhere out there in GIF form.
Like anything else, this is all a matter of personal taste! I’ve been known to get aroused or hypnotized if certain GIFs pop up on my screen, but I’ve never actively gone out of my way to drop my pants, stare at one and stroke myself until I shoot. Watching gay porn, for me, is about more than just a visual. My balls tense up as I hear every moan, sigh, gasp, grunt and nasty thing that comes out of the performers’ mouths. I’m, uh, pretty into the aural aspect.
On an even more extreme level, a friend of mine recently stated that he loathes porn GIFs. When pressed for details, he couldn't actually explain why they annoyed him so much, but the bottom line was that he had no interest in looking at them while he was trying to masturbate. He would rather cam with someone or see a picture of a cute guy next door type.
