On a positive note, the new Bachelor is deeply attractive and an unexpected choice for the series’ new star. He was well-liked on The Bachelorette but didn’t win much screen time, so it was only right for ABC to give us a special called The Bachelor: Juan Pablo Is Hot And Has An Accent or whatever that was on Sunday. My God, soccer is a much hotter sport than football. Is it a shorts thing? I’ll never know, but Juan Pablo looked good booting around a ball when he was revealed as the new star. The point is he looks like a vintage Seann William Scott character but has a surprisingly dreamy voice. I’m down.
