Accept This Rose: The 9 Hottest “Bachelor” Stars

From: The Backlot
The thing with The Bachelor is you consider watching every season, but you might decide against it based on the following criteria: 1) The bachelor isn't hot/cool/tolerable enough — always a possibility; 2) you realize The Bachelorette is inherently a better series because a bunch of hapless men fighting for the affection of an aloof woman is way funnier than a bunch of hapless women fighting for the affection of an aloof man. God, remember Kasey from Ali Fedotowski‘s season? And his monotone mantra? “I want to guide and protect her heart. I want to guide and protect her heart.” Dear Kasey: Those are synonyms. 3) I dunno, maybe instead you want to catch up on Breaking Bad or Veep or something you’ll remember in a year. Whatever.

The point is, the threat of male hotness is always a reason to tune in for an episode or two of The Bachelor, and I tuned in Sunday night to learn more about the show’s reigning prince of passion, Juan Pablo Galavis. The Venezuelan hunk was eliminated from last year’s Bachelorette, but the show is proud to call him their first “minority” Bachelor. It only took 141 episodes, world. Slowest clap.

Anyway: The stars of this damn circus are sexy. Here are the nine hottest. Apologies in advance for including your favorites and least favorites.

Brad Womack
Seasons 11 and 15

We’ll get to the more likable bachelors in a second, but indulge me: Brad didn’t titillate anybody when he ditched the two remaining bachelorettes on his first attempt at “love,” but he earned back some face by reappearing on The Bachelor, seemingly discovering love with Emily Maynard, and then breaking up with her so she could eventually break the heart of someone we all love a lot and has yet to appear on this countdown. That’s what we've gained from Brad. Plus he’s fiiiiine.
