Today's Hot Guys are actors Kyle Heinen and Namir Nasir, who play friendly co-workers in Knowing, a steamy short film about knowing one's HIV status. Impulse Group and John Saint-Denis of The Advisorie Group teamed up to make the educational video, which was directed by Nino Mancuso.
