"Not too long ago, our dear colleagues at Manhunt Cares re-posted an article from CNN entitled “Face it – Monogamy is unnatural“. This got me thinking about open relationships, and as I pondered this concept, my mind began to wonder into polyamorous territory. It started with a questions about whether I could love more than one person at a time. The answer was “yes”. I’ve been there before, on more than one occasion.
In thinking further, I began to ask myself why I’ve never suggested to two (or more) guys that we should all go on a date together. If I like them both, maybe they’d both like one another, right? What if we wanted to take the relationship to the next level and get married? And, most importantly, would I really be able to deal with the societal biases against such a relationship?
