France's Top Chef Valentin Néraudeau On the Cover of Têtu Magazine

 Former member of "Top Chef" earlier this year on M6, Valentin Néraudeau mentioned for the first time his homosexuality in the columns of "stubborn."

 In its January issue the  gay magazine devotes its front and an interview with Valentin Néraudeau, former member of  "Top Chef "culinary competition M6 produced by Studio 89, earlier this year. The leader of 29 years, now head of the Bermuda Onion restaurant in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, took advantage of this interview to his coming out. "This is a very macho environment. (...) There are no major openly gay leaders. This is a bit like the top-level sport , "he says.

However, Valentin said not having mentioned his homosexuality during transmission M6 because " it was not the intention . " " And France remains a country intolerant. It is completely back. (...) In France, it is available, judge. Often, I find that the image of homosexuality in the media is appalling. They often show eccentric people. I never find myself in this picture "regrets Valentin Néraudeau in this interview.

 He had already done a gay magazine Sensitive in early admits to being " a boy filled ... all points of view . " However, he said he " was very shocked by the debate on marriage for all . " " I'm not a very militant boy, but when I saw the outpouring of hatred orchestra by people like frigid Looney and exploitation of these children being forced to scroll through the street, it strikes me " says the chef. Professional side, Valentin says " launch a series of books devoted to the professional kitchen, a kitchen buddies and what I call the 'kitchen sport' "and to have to" project open another restaurant in Paris in 2014 " .

Valentin Néraudeau also talks about his transition from "Top Chef" and claims to be in disagreement with the image the program could give him. " It's On TV. It makes you see what you want. I'ma good living, I like to laugh, but it is not what we saw on screen. I'm pretty disappointed that M6 has chosen to give me the picture of a boy and contains haughty. This is the opposite of me! The editing is terrible ... " he regrets, declaring that they receive " a message each week to participate in the Angels of Reality TV "on NRJ 12 . " But it is not for me. too I work, I have dedicated my life too noble things to do this kind of programs. I do not want to be the new Nabilla . This is not because that there are three muscles that is a bimbo! " Valentin is justified.

 Valentin is not only on the cover of Têtu to show us what's cooking under his chef's uniform but also to talk about his homosexuality, something that he did not really openly talk about until today.
