"I love it when there’s a swift response to a new guy. It happens more often than not, but it never gets old. I know it means alot to the guys I work with – they’re putting themselves out there – being really honest and vulnerable. It’s great when the praise is swift.
Joe got the same response yesterday. And how could he not? He reeks of confidence. That complex look on his face – it’s both coy and confident at the same time.
