50 GREATEST LOST HITS OF THE 90′S!

From: The Backlot
#35
Somebody’s Baby
Pat Benatar
Pat came back to pop/rock after a five year absence (in between which she recorded a blues album), and released Gravity’s Rainbow in 1993, and learned that if you stay away too long … bad things can happen. The album peaked at #85, becoming her first all-out flop, and the single “Somebody’s Baby” (which, like “Hell Is For Children,” took on a social cause) didn’t fare too well either. It didn’t even chart on the Hot 100.
