“Anything Is Possible”

The first of two songs from Debbie on the list, it was the title track from her ill-fated third album. Unfortunately for Debbie, musical tastes were changing in the early 90′s, and the teen wave that swept her into the upper reaches of the chart had subsided. Both the album and the single failed to make an impact, with the album reaching #41, and the song stalling at #26 in January 1991. Sadly, it would be Debbie’s final Top 40 hit, and she would only hit the Hot 100 one more time a couple of years later (which we’ll see further down on this list).
