Fran lived for Barbara Streisand

Fran collected Streisand memorabilia (including already-chewed gum she purchased for $200—and then framed) and continually connived to meet her idol. Even in the first season, when C.C.’s father comes to visit, Fran swooped in when C.C. turned down tickets to a Barbra Streisand concert.
