"Have you ever dealt with hyperlordosis? This is where your lower back and hip flexors are super tight from sitting in a chair all day and it makes your pelvis tilt forward when you are standing. It makes my butt look huge... but at the same time also makes my gut look bigger. :( Any tips for dealing with this?" -- songndance

"Lordosis behavior, as illustrated in this photo.  I’m familiar with this…but I don’t think its so bad.  Makes your butt look huge, aligns your prostate for easy access, photographs well…I don’t have the same issue with my gut though.  Have you tried sucking it in?  I don’t think I ever relax my gut." -- Noodles and Beef
