Lex Barker 

(1919—1973) 

One of many "Tarzan"s on this list (and the tenth man to play him in the movies), Barker made for an exceptionally Nordic jungle man—forget about swinging on vines,  you could ski down those cheekbones! Born wealthy, he looked it, even in nothing but a loincloth. Unfortunately, his memory is somewhat tarnished by allegations that he molested Lana Turner's daughter (yes, that one), and by the fact that he died young.
