DOMA & PROP 8 OVERTURNED

A huge victory for MARRIAGE EQUALITY today.  The United States Supreme Court has overturned both DOMA and Prop 8.
That being said, there are still many questions that will need to be answered.  First of all, not all states will be required to allow same sex marriages, but will the be required to recognize them when performed in states where they are legal.  Can you get married in a state that allows it, even if you don't live in that state, and have your home state recognize you marriage.  What if you are married in the state you live that allows same sex marriage, and move to state the does not.   Will the marriage still be recognized in the new state?

As for PROP 8, it means that same sex marriages will become legal again in California, but does not mean that all states have to allow same sex marriages.

Yes, it is a huge step in the fight for MARRIAGE EQUALITY, but we still have a long battle ahead to gain MARRIAGE EQUALITY for ALL 50 STATES!
