 Crosse...my heart!

What sold me on this modern Cuban Adonis is his work in, and then out of, a business suit. Despite his penetrating stare, Damien Cross really just looks like what would happen if one of your gay pals sprouted a drop-dead body and then went around sharing it with people for money. Which is to say he's hot and yet seems approachable. Now a married man, he's still cranking out porn, though more on his own terms—he and hubby Francesco D'Macho run Stag Homme Studios

Get it Girl! A 78 Year-old Former-Priest Marries 24 Year-old Toyboy “Model”

From: Cocktails and Cocktalk
They say that age is nothing but a number, and that seems to be true for this former-reverend has tied the knot with his gay lover, 54-years his junior. The pair exchanged vows at a Registry Office on Tuesday. While Rev. Philip Clements stared adoringly into his partner’s eyes, Florin Marin lovingly stroked his wallet. OK, shoot us – but y’all were thinking it? Wonder if Florin was a choir boy at Clement’s church.

Philip gushed about the ceremony, “Is it real? Has it happened? Is it a dream? It’s a special day,” while his now-husband enthusiastically referred to it as a “normal day”. Clearly vexed that the Kim & Kanye-style eleganza she’d expected was actually a registry office. Fuming! But while the internet debates whether they found love or an ‘arrangement’, we believe that it’s impossible to judge without seeing the rock. Still though, that’d have to be some J.Lo diamond to get fingered by arthritis.

Surely if the Rev was rinsing the Vatican like some of the other dodgy religious figures, they’d be having the do a little more upscale than mincing down the isle at a carpeted registry office in Kent, though.

But also, no offence, but is he modelling for? No tea, no shade! But we’re not buying what he’s selling. Although, clearly Clements is. Maybe it’s different in Canterbury, but usually you have to have an agency to be called a model. And surely seeing that suit, the agency would have you off the books quicker than you can say ‘shimmering shit-show’.

Florin went on, “It doesn’t change absolutely nothing (sic). Our life will be the same as it was yesterday but it’s been a nice day.” Still though, Trilby hats off to Clements, get it girl.
Since then, the two have called for the Church of England to change their policies on same-sex marriage – so we can’t knock them for that! The House of Bishops claimed allow members of the clergy to marry memebrs of the same-sex but must remain celibate.

“I think the Church of England should be more consistent.” Clements added.

“If it expects people, clergy, to live with a same gender partner without intimacy, i.e. be celibate, I think there’s something a little bit unsatisfactory about that and it puts a strain on both partners.”

Why “Drag Race” should give these 8 queens a shot at Rudemption

From: Queerty
Eureka’s surprise departure from the competition has already set up a “returning queen” twist for Season 10. Like Shangela and Cynthia Lee Fontaine before her, she’ll be given a shot at Rudemption and a second chance at the crown. But if for any reason she couldn’t (or simply didn’t want to) return, you have to wonder: which hopefuls from the past would make the most of a second lap?

Here are our choices for eight queens who could slay the next season.

1
Victoria “Porkchop” Parker

This one is a no-brainer. As the first person ever to get the chop, she has the most to gain from a new beginning. Plus, she didn’t have the advantage of knowing what she was getting into; the queens in her year were setting precedents rather than following them. She already had plenty of experience behind her the first time she was cast. Imagine what she’d be capable of now that she understands the ins and outs of the race.

West Virginia Court Debates Whether An Anti-Gay Hate Crime Is “Really” A Hate Crime

Justices are currently discussing whether or not LGBT people should be protected by the state's civil rights code
From: NewNowNext
The question of whether or not a West Virginia man who committed an anti-LGBT hate crime technically committed said crime is currently up for debate in the state’s Supreme Court.

In April 2015, Zackary Johnson and Casey Williams kissed while walking down a street in Huntington, West Virginia. A man in a passing car saw them and began shouting homophobic slurs at them. When they didn’t respond, he exited the vehicle and proceeded to beat them up.

One of the victims recorded the attack on his phone, which allowed police to quickly identify and arrest Steward Butler as the assailant.

A grand jury later indicted Butler for battery and a hate crime, even though West Virginia doesn’t mention sexual orientation in its civil rights code. To ensure that the attack was defined as such, the prosecution argued that discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is a form of sex discrimination, which is protected under current state law.

The defendant appealed the grand jury’s decision and the matter moved on to the state’s supreme court.

Cabell County Assistant Prosecutor Lauren Plymale argued in favor of the hate crime distinction in front of the court.

“It is impossible to discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation without discriminating on the basis of sex,” Plymale explained.

She argued that Butler was relying on sex stereotypes to justify his discrimination, namely that men should only kiss women and vice versa. Plymale reasoned that if either man had been a woman, Butler wouldn’t have attacked them, proving that his discriminatory act was based on the sex of the victims.

In turn, Cabell County Defense Attorney Ray Nolan and Solicitor General Elbert Lin disagreed with Plymale, arguing that the state Legislature had a clear avoidance to adding sexual orientation.

“The opportunity to amend the statute has been available for 30 years now,” Nolan said, according to The State Journal. “There have been 20-some opportunities for attempted amendment of the statute, all including sexual orientation, none of which have been incorporated.”

Plymale countered this assertion by saying that defining sex to include sexual orientation “is not a novel construction of the statute” and that any “person of ordinary intelligence” would know that attacking someone based on that bias would be prohibited.

Justice Robin Davis called Nolan’s defense a “compelling argument,” adding that the state’s civil rights code is clear on the matter of what constitutes a hate crime. She then accused Plymale of asking the court to “legislate from the bench,” a claim the prosecutor rejected.

Until the justices rule on the matter, Butler will remain released on bond. For his two misdemeanor battery charges, he faces up to 12 months in prison and upwards of $500 in fines.

Ugo Monye
We love to get into a scrum with this hot Harlequins rugby layer

Ugochukwu "Ugo" Chiedozie Monye (born 13 April 1983 in Islington, London) is a former English international rugby union player who played club rugby for Harlequins in the Aviva Premiership.

As a youth Monye was a star athlete, and competed in the English Schools' Championships finishing 5th in his heat with a time of 11.10 seconds in the 100 metres at the age of 18. He is also friends with Olympians Mark Lewis-Francis and Tyrone Edgar who also competed in the English Schools' Championship.

Monye was a student at Lord Wandsworth College, best known for producing Jonny Wilkinson, Monye played for Hampshire U17s and U20s, as well as achieving success on the track.

In deciding which to pursue, Monye was fortunate that his former sports master Tim Richardson put him in touch with Harlequins U19 coach Colin Osborne. When the club offered him a professional contract after a few games he jumped at the opportunity and within 12 months he was a member of the England Sevens team that had won the Hong Kong Sevens. Monye was a key member of the England Sevens squad throughout the 2002–03 and 2003–04 IRB World Sevens Series, and was part of the team that competed in the 2005 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Hong Kong. He was also part of the England Saxons sides that won the Churchill Cup in 2005 and 2008. He first played for Harlequins in the friendly against Glasgow Warriors in August 2002 and began the following season with five tries in two matches including a hat trick against Rotherham Titans at Millmoor.

His scent of the line is something to which Exeter Chiefs would testify. He scored five tries against them when Harlequins won 70–5 at Twickenham Stoop as the side roared straight back to the Guinness Premiership after a season in National One during which Monye scored 16 tries. Before the 2009–10 season, he had run in 47 in 105 games for the club.

Monye scored his first try for England against Scotland at Twickenham in the Six Nations on 21 March 2009. Monye made his England debut in England's 39–13 victory over the Pacific Islanders at Twickenham in 2008 and started the rest of the autumn internationals against Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.

Selected for the 2009 Lions tour of South Africa and made the XV for the first Test in Durban where he came close to scoring two tries. In the first half he was prevented from scoring as he dived over the try line but Jean de Villiers got his hand underneath the ball to prevent a try. In the latter stages of the second half, Monye was through to score but was tackled by Morne Steyn and lost control of the ball.

The Lions lost the Test and Monye also lost his place being replaced by Luke Fitzgerald. The Lions lost the second Test and Monye was recalled, redeeming himself with a 70-metre intercepted try as the Lions restored pride, losing the series 2–1. He was the highest Lions try scorer of the tour with 5 tries.

In September 2010, Ugo suffered a career threatening injury and after surgery he was sidelined for 12 weeks. This ruled him out of Martin Johnson's England Squad for the Autumn Test Series and consequently the 2011 Six Nations tournament. He returned to play for Harlequins who he helped to win the Amlin Challenge Cup, before being named in the England training squad for the 2011 Rugby World Cup at the end of the season.

He started for Harlequins in their 2011–12 Premiership final victory over Leicester Tigers.

On 24 March 2015, Monye announced he was retiring at the end of the season.

The Internet is obsessing over this handsome man running for Congress, and it’s easy to see why

From: Queerty
Meet Ammar Campa-Najjar, the politician who announced he’s running for Congress in California’s 50th Congressional District last week.

The 28-year-old has unwittingly caught the Internet’s imagination on fire — not so much for his political views as for the fact that he’s very easy on the eyes.

  • #FlashBackFriday to that time when 'a skinny kid with a funny name' changed my life forever and said:
  •  "I stand here knowing that my story is part of the larger American story,
  • that I owe a debt to all of those who came before me,
  •  and that in no other country on Earth is my story even possible"
  • -- Barack Hussein Obama, 2004 DNC Convention. #ThanksObama

Writing on Facebook, Campa-Najjar says:

I’m proud to announce my candidacy for California’s 50th Congressional District! Join the Campa campaign today.
My name might be on the ballot, but elections aren’t about candidates. They’re about you and me, becoming an #unstoppablewe — unstoppable in face of adversity, greed, and corruption.
It’s time to bring people back together, pave a path toward a unified future and show how truly indivisible we are. We need to fight for progress and win again, and #togetherwewill.

Talking to Buzzfeed News, Campa-Najjar said, “I hope people focus on my ideas and not my looks.”

Can’t we do both?

“I’m the candidate,” he says. “The real casanova of my family is my brother, so take a look at him. He’s the good-looking one.”

“My party lost the election because we were focused too much on the newsroom and not people’s living room and dining rooms and that’s where I intend to spend most of my time.”

So promise to focus on the living room and dining room right after focusing on these alluring photos of Campa-Najjar:
