Mission: Impossible is an American television series that was created and initially produced by Bruce Geller. It chronicles the missions of a team of secret government agents known as the Impossible Missions Force (IMF). In the first season, the team is led by Dan Briggs, played by Steven Hill; Jim Phelps, played by Peter Graves, takes charge for the remaining seasons. A hallmark of the series shows Briggs or Phelps receiving his instructions on a recording that then self-destructs, followed by the theme music composed by Lalo Schifrin.
The series aired on the CBS network from September 1966 to March 1973, then returned to television for two seasons on ABC, from 1988 to 1990, retaining only Graves in the cast. It later inspired a popular series of theatrical motion pictures starring Tom Cruise, beginning in 1996.
The series follows the exploits of the Impossible Missions Force (IMF), a small team of secret agents used for covert missions against dictators, evil organizations and (primarily in later episodes) crime lords. On occasion, the IMF also mounts unsanctioned, private missions on behalf of its members.
The identities of the organization that oversees the IMF and the government it works for are never revealed. Only rare cryptic bits of information are ever provided during the life of the series, such as in the third season mission "Nicole", where the IMF leader states that his instructions come from "Division Seven". In the 1980s revival, it is suggested the IMF is an independent agency (as the FBI can only legally operate within the United States and the CIA can only operate outside the country). In the first motion picture, unlike the TV show, the IMF is depicted as part of the CIA.

CELEBRITY SKIN: CLIVE OWEN
From: Manhunt Daily
Before hitting it big in movies like Duplicity and Closer, this week’s Celebrity Skin used his sexy body to get ahead! Okay, that made him sound like a rent-boy but I just mean he got naked in a movie.
Clive Owen is not only a great actor, he is also sexy and at one point unafraid to show us his cock! These nude scenes come from 1991’s Close My Eyes.
That’s over 20 years ago, but the great thing is that I’d be just as eager to fuck him today as back then… and that’s rare!

CAPTION THIS: POINTING FINGERS

You may be wondering what’s hiding behind that cheeseburger. I mean, there are honestly so many possibilities! It could be a dinosaur or a shooting star. And who knows? It may even be a copy of James Joyce‘s Ulysses. These college boys look like they’re totally into studying classic literature, especially while hanging out naked in their dorm’s bathroom…
Or it could just be some twink’s asshole. You’ll have to click through to find out the correct answer, but we promise it’s something especially caption-worthy! Submit a comment with your best caption, and you might become next week’s champion.

Vatican “Offended” LGBT People Invited To Pope’s Visit To White House
"The Holy See worries that any photos of the Pope with these guests... could be interpreted as an endorsement of their activities."

Pope Francis’ upcoming visit the U.S. has been making all kinds of headlines, and not all of them favorable.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the Vatican has “taken offense” at the Obama Administration’s guest list for the Pope’s visit to the White House—which includes transgender activists, a retired gay Episcopal bishop and an activist nun who doesn’t tow the Church’s line on abortion and contraception.
“According to a senior Vatican official, the Holy See worries that any photos of the Pope with these guests at the White House welcoming ceremony next Wednesday could be interpreted as an endorsement of their activities,” writes the WSJ.
The official welcoming event for Pope Francis will be held on the White House’s South Lawn on the morning September 22, his Eminence’s first full day in the U.S.
Among those at the event will be Sister Simone Campbell, who leads Network, a self-described “Catholic social justice lobby.” Campbell supported the approval of the Affordable Care Act even though it required employers to cover contraception.
Also attending is retired Bishop Gene Robinson, the first openly gay bishop in the Episcopal Church.
Mateo Williamson, who previously lead the transgender caucus of the LGBT Catholic group Dignity USA, will be attending as a guest of trans activist Vivian Taylor.
“This is really not so much of a political statement as it is the reality that there are so many LGBT Catholics and family members of LGBT people who would really benefit from this message coming from the White House,” said Williamson.
White House press secretary Josh Earnest told reporters this week not to draw conclusions about the invitation of any specific guests “because there will be 15,000 other people there, too.”
Of course, President Obama has used seminal public events to bring attention to LGBT rights before—inviting out athletes like Billie Jean King and Brian Boitano to be part of the official U.S. envoy to the Sochi Olympics in 2014.

Almost as soon as the evening’s second debate began, Twitter’s attention turned to the dreamboat sitting in the audience behind Jake Tapper.

Thanks to a hard-hitting report on Buzzfeed, the babe was revealed to be filmmaker Greg Caruso, a man whose stud factor rises exponentially with a beard:
Buzzfeed reports he’s a graduate of USC, and the son of Rick Caruso, a real estate magnate who owns The Grove shopping complex in Los Angeles. He’s interested in American history and inspired by documentary filmmaker Ken Burns, according to a bio on his website.
The 24-year-old declined to disclose his relationship status to CNN (boo!), and claims he has no social media accounts. He’s a fan of Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush, and finds his rising Internet fame “pretty hilarious.”
Good job, Internet.
