19 Men Go Shirtless And Share Their Body Image Struggles

From: HuffPost
"I feel terrible about letting my body go as I have aged. In my younger years, I was really into weight-lifting, and I know first hand the costs of letting your body go and the uphill battle I face now from doing so. My son repeatedly asked me if I was pregnant when he was younger and now knows that I am very unhealthy, because he is taught in school to not eat what I eat or 'I will become fat like daddy.' I would say I have just given up. Its almost comical.
I would be embarrassed to mention it [to my friends]. I am worried what they would think, not only because I am actually very fat, but how weird it would be to mention something like that in a man-to-man conversation? It's simply not acceptable."

13 Disney Songs That Have A Different Meaning When You’re In The Closet

 “God Help the Outcasts”
The Hunchback of Notre Dame

How it relates: In one of Esmerelda’s most poignant moments from the Hunchback, she doesn’t know if God will hear her pray because of what religion says about her ~lifestyle~. When you are in the closet, you can’t escape some tension when it comes to the topic of religion. That tension can be strong enough to keep you in the closet.
Takeaway lyric
“I don’t know if you can hear me
Or if you’re even there
I don’t know if you would listen
To a gypsie’s prayer
Yes, I know I’m just an outcast
I shouldn’t speak to you
Still I see your face and wonder
Were you once an outcast too?”

The 10 Hottest “Star Trek: Voyager” Guest Stars

From: NewNowNext

Tarik Ergin

Tarik Ergin appeared in 116 episodes of Voyager, but only spoke four times. But those four sentences spoke for an entire generation.

“You’d better come down to the brig, ma’am.”
“Stop where you are!”
“There’s some kind of pulse being directed at our transceiver array. It’s coming from the Delta Flyer.”
“No response.”

As Lt. Ayala, Tarik was the true heart of the series, always the steady hand as chaos happened all around him. Stoic and sturdy, he walked softly and carried a big … phaser rifle.

After Voyager, Tarik appeared in a different role on an episode of Enterprise in 2002, but that’s where his acting credits end. But we’ll always have Lt. Ayala, the greatest hunk of the Delta Quadrant.

Favorite Male Model for September 11, 2008

Alex Christensen
From: Favorite Hunks & Other Things
22 year old California boy Alex Christensen from Major Models is a hottie. His face does something for me! I would call it 'goofy sexy'. Some might just call it sexy, but Alex sort of looks at times like he is on Saturday Night Live, mocking male models. I know this is not the intent, but I find it hot!

Favorite Import of the Day: September 11, 2008

David Vlok
From: Favorite Hunks & Other Things
Odd to me there are very few men from South Africa who seem to take their clothes off for movies or photo shoots. Not sure if this is a cultural thing or another reason. One exception is actor David Vlok who some may know from his 13 years on the M-Net soap opera Egoli. David entered the movie business as a fight coordinator, and then worked as a stuntman in international pictures.

He acted in action films including Reason To Die (1989), Red Scorpion (1989), American Ninja (uncredited) and Jackie Chan's Who Am I?

I love these pics of David for many reasons. They remind me of old Playgirl shoots from the 70's and 80's. I personally have no feelings one way or another on chest hair, I love it on some guys, hate it on others. David wears his well. I am curious whether these shots are just random promotional shots or shots for a certain project. Especially the shot of David with the other guy. Possibly a random modelling shot? Anyone know anything more about this shoot?

The Partridge Family is an American television sitcom series about a widowed mother and her five children who embark on a music career. It ran from September 25, 1970, until March 23, 1974, on the ABC network as part of a Friday-night lineup, and had subsequent runs in syndication.

In the pilot episode, a group of musical siblings in the fictitious city of San Pueblo, California convinces their widowed mother and bank teller, Shirley Partridge (Shirley Jones), to help them out by singing as they record a pop song in their garage. Through the efforts of precocious 10-year-old Danny, they find a manager, Reuben Kincaid (Dave Madden), who helps make the song a Top 40 hit. After some more persuading, Shirley agrees that the family can go on tour. They acquire an old school bus, a 1957 Chevrolet Series 6800 Superior, for touring, paint it with Mondrian-inspired patterns, and depart to Las Vegas for their first live gig at Caesars Palace. The Partridge children were played by David Cassidy (Jones' real-life stepson) as her eldest son Keith, Susan Dey as Laurie, Danny Bonaduce as Danny, Jeremy Gelbwaks as Chris, and Suzanne Crough as Tracy.
Subsequent episodes usually feature the band performing in various venues or in their garage. The shows would often contrast suburban life with the adventures of a show business family on the road. After the first season, more of the show's action took place in their hometown rather than on tour.

Congrats to Theo Tams who last night won Canadian Idol! I have posted on Theo before and love it when your favorite from the beginning ends up winning. Below Theo is singing the wonderful Jann Arden song from Monday's show 'Good Mother'. That song gets me every time I hear it, and Theo did a great job!

Search for Tomorrow

Original channel
CBS (1951–1982)
NBC (1982–1986)
Original run
September 3, 1951 – December 26, 1986

Search for Tomorrow is an American soap opera that premiered on September 3, 1951, on CBS. The show was moved from CBS to NBC on March 29, 1982. It continued on NBC until the final episode aired on December 26, 1986, a run of thirty-five years. At the time of its final broadcast, it was the longest-running non-news program on television. This record was soon broken by Hallmark Hall of Fame, which premiered on Christmas Eve 1951 and still airs occasionally.
The show was created by Roy Winsor and was first written by Agnes Nixon (who was then known professionally as "Agnes Eckhardt") for thirteen weeks (although star Mary Stuart disputed this in her autobiography, Both Of Me, saying the cast made up the first few weeks of scripts because they were poorly written) and, later, by Irving Vendig.

Stronger Together, Always - Remembering 9/11 - #NeverForget

From: Wicked Gay
Today we mark 14 years, when thousands of our best citizens were silenced in a brutal and cowardly attack. Today, we remember that despite what that wanton act of violence that brought down our tallest buildings, crippled our military headquarters, and silenced the lives of over a hundred lives in a desolate field in Pennsylvania, it ultimately failed to break us as a nation and as a people.

On the contrary, in that time of crisis and suffering, ordinary Americans made a choice to stand up against evil, then rescue their fellow citizens in the smoldering ruin of Ground Zero. One such hero, is Mark Bingham. He, along with fellow passengers Todd Beamer, Tom Burnett and Jeremy Glick tried to retake United Airlines Flight 93 form the hijackers before it crashed in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvannia. This act earned him the posthumous praises and gratitude of the American people, but perhaps one of the lesser known facts about Mark: he broke the stereotype of what it was like to be Gay. An imposing rugby player, Mark the other passengers showed the world that Americans do not back down from a fight, especially when the lives of fellow citizens are being threatened.

In Ground Zero, after the towers fell, the race against time to rescue survivors showed us all the invaluable service of the men in women that perform a public service. Firefighters, Police and Emergency Medical Crews worked tirelessly round the clock to reach out for their fellow New Yorkers. New York City Fire Department Chaplain Rev. Mychal Judge, a Gay Roman Catholic priest, was first recorded casualty of 9/11. He lost his life performing last rites on a firefighter who in turn was dying in performance of their duties. Chaplain Judge was given the moniker "The Saint of 9/11."

It goes to show, that when face with a challenge, the wide spectrum of America will rise up and accept it. No challenge, however great or small, will deter the American spirit even if that challenge will invariable end our lives. In the words of John Paul Jones, "I have not yet begun to fight."

Yet despite all our sorrow, pain and loss we felt on that day, we have a duty to never let the light of hope that we have be extinguished. We also have a duty to never forget those who have fallen that day and the thousands of lives lost in the ensuing wars whether they are straight or gay.

We will carry their memory, we will forge ahead, we will strive for peace and we will let the world see humanity in us and what it offers. That same humanity of Mark Bingham and Chaplain Mychal Judge. We endure by not relegating ourselves to the level of our detractors.

Today we remember and remind ourselves that while in loss and tragedy in the darkness there is still hope, love and light.

Sincerely and on behalf of all our staff and board of directors of OutServe.

CUDDLE SLUT INSTIGATES MÉNAGE À TROIS AT PARENT’S HOUSE WITH HANDBALL COACH

By Thomas Judes Kaplan

NORMANDY, FRANCE — When Jonathan came around the house we had no one to fuck, so we sat in the playroom and smoked. I was expecting a call from a guy online who was repeatedly asking me to show him my cock. While I was cruising web chat, Jonathan was on Grindr. He was chatting with Malik, a 22-year-old black guy who was begging him to pick him up in a town twenty minutes from here.

Malik decided to join us. While we waited, Jonathan leaned on me and started caressing my leg, then my stomach, down to my crotch. I was hard, it was slow and it felt really nice. I was surprised since Jonathan never wants it to be just the two of us, but I know he likes my body. We didn’t kiss. Twice we got interrupted by Malik’s calls. Jonathan seemed a bit pissed at him, and I was too since I didn’t really want anyone else.

When Malik arrived, we went upstairs to the sofa bed. Malik said we didn’t have to be shy with him, which made me laugh on the inside. I put on a condom to fuck Malik, but that didn’t happen and then I lost my erection.

Jonathan and Malik took turns finger-fucking me. I felt like letting loose, but it started to be painful. They wanted me to bottom, and I had told Jonathan earlier I would… I felt more passive tonight. At one point, I was blowing Malik like a damsel in distress.

While Jonathan was sucking on Malik’s nipple, I jerked him off until he came. Then we both sucked on Jonathan’s nipples as he jerked himself off. I cleaned his mess with my tongue — Jonathan doesn’t really let me suck his cock, I don’t know why. After Jonathan came, Malik and I rested on his chest. We could have all fallen asleep, but Malik had to jet since he still had to drive back.

Malik asked us if we were a couple, and seemed surprised when we told him only knew each other for a week.

I asked Jonathan if we could cuddle a bit more and we did. Would he consider being with me again, or is he just chilling with me because enjoys sharing a guy?

Creek by AANE Photography & THOM Graphophoton

From: Favorite Hunks & Other Things
I was fortunate earlier this year to have found the work of Mike from AANE Photography and his partner and editor THOM Graphophoton. Since February, I have loved featuring their work with Kyros, Matt and B-Rad. (HERE:) I think what I love so much about Mike's work as a photographer is the honesty and raw and unfiltered sexuality which permeates through his imagery. This is definitely the case within their phenomenal new book CREEK.

'Seven young men take a break from the summer heat to skinny dip in a creek. Over 192 images in full color with full frontal nudity.'

CREEK runs close to 200 pages of beautiful images of 7 men swimming, relaxing and playing in and around the Creek. I think Creek is my favorite work from from Mike thus far, and I was especially enthralled by Rick, the model featured in the last quarter of the book. Taken this past summer, Mike was given the opportunity to work at the creek by Bill D from Gym Image. Mike had three of his images accepted into this years 9th annual Naked In New Hope exhibit. Beginning this weekend at the Sidetracks Art Gallery in New Hope Pennsylvania, if you're in the area the exhibit runs September 12th through October 31st. Check out more at the official website HERE:

'The creek shoot wasn't without a few close calls.... The location we chose to do Rick's shoot had a direct line of site to a house on a hill. Rick had to stealthily move beneath the rocks when naked to avoid being seen. As we were preparing to shoot Ethan and Nero, a large family wandered our way. We sat there for about half an hour, skipping stones and sitting about in a very nonchalant manner. Once the family passed, off came their speedos and we were in business. During Dylan's shoot, a woman came down from the house on the hill and stood and stared directly at us. I told Dylan to hide quick or put on a swimsuit, but he nonchalantly shrugged his shoulders and kept working. The woman turned and went back into the house. I was terrified at any moment we would be hauled off.'
