Read The Oath Of Office That Kim Davis Refused To Uphold

From: Queerty
A federal judge who sent the Notorious K.I.M., aka Kim Davis, to jail today noted that the Rowan County Clerk had sworn an oath to perform her job, just as many other public servants do. “Oaths mean things,” U.S. District Judge David Bunning told Davis on Thursday.
Here is the oath of office taken by court clerks and deputies in Kentucky:
Oath of clerk and deputies:
Every clerk and deputy, in addition to the oath prescribed by Section 228 of the Constitution, shall, before entering on the duties of his office, take the following oath in presence of the Circuit Court:
“I, _____, do swear that I will well and truly discharge the duties of the office of _____ County Circuit Court clerk, according to the best of my skill and judgment, making the due entries and records of all orders, judgments, decrees, opinions and proceedings of the court, and carefully filing and preserving in my office all books and papers which come to my possession by virtue of my office; and that I will not knowingly or willingly commit any malfeasance of office, and will faithfully execute the duties of my office without favor, affection or partiality, so help me God.”

Are Rosie O’Donnell And Tatum O’Neal Dating?

From: Queerty
For Tatum O’Neal, everything’s coming up Rosie — at least according to the Daily Mail. The UK publication has reported that the Academy Award-winning actress has been quietly dating Rosie O’Donnell.
The article quotes an unnamed source close to O’Neal as stating that the two have been together for nearly two months. Tatum, who has battled substance abuse issues in the past, revealed earlier this year that she began dating women. She recently elaborated on how being drug-free has affected her love life by stating, “Now I’m clean and aware and alive and interested in the world, saying, ‘Dating women is exciting to me, and this is turning me on.’”
In addition to its anonymous source, Daily Mail also reported that the two women attended a performance together of the Broadway musical Hamilton back in August. Of course, when adhering to an outdated stereotypical template, musical theater outings between two people of the same-sex almost always translate to dating. The article also noted that the two women regularly retweet each other. If that doesn’t satisfy the skeptics then nothing will, because as we all know, a relationship isn’t real unless it plays out on social media.
It’s been a rough year for O’Donnell. After separating from her second wife and another abrupt departure from The View, the talk show host’s daughter Chelsea went missing for a few days in August. A week later, she was found with a man she met through the social networking app Tinder; however, the reunion was short-lived. Chelsea moved to Wisconsin to reunite with her biological mother shortly after her 18th birthday. Rosie has also had to deal with the death of her father, who passed away last month.
While O’Neal’s rep has not issued a response regarding the coupling, O’Donnell’s spokesperson has denied the story stating, “They’ve been friends for several years since they met in Chicago when Rosie did a show for OWN and Tatum did a docu-series for OWN.”
In case anyone was curious, Tatum tweeted Rosie’s denial of their rumored romance.

A Third Of Israelis Identify As Bisexual

The news comes in the wake of similar surveys in England and the U.S.
From: NewNowNext
On the heels of similar surveys in Great Britain and the United States, a new poll of Israelis indicates a full third say their sexual identity is somewhere on the bisexual spectrum.

The Israeli website Mako and the Pannels Institute asked 600 secular Israeli Jews last month about their orientation: The majority, 67%, declared they were “exclusively heterosexual,” and only 3% said they were “exclusively homosexual.”

The remaining 30% of those surveyed characterized themselves as somewhere between a 1 and 5 on the Kinsey scale.

Information on demographics was not provided, though all 600 respondents were over 18.

The survey did not include observant Jews, who are a minority in Israel but wield considerable political clout.

The brutal attack on Jerusalem Pride that left one woman dead and a half-dozen wounded has galvanized the public: Last month thousands marched in demonstrations around the country to protest anti-gay violence.

The 10 Hottest “Star Trek: Voyager” Guest Stars

Joseph Will

Episode 6.22 “Muse,” has B’Elanna front and center, as the Delta Flyer crash lands (which it seemed to do a lot), and she’s befriended by an alien named Kelis who agrees to help her retrieve items to repair the ship, in exchange for stories about Voyager’s travels. Kelis is a poet and writes plays, and the people of his society are mesmerized by his fantasy tales of a ship in space with a female Captain (in a wink and nod to fanfic, the Janeway and Chakotay of his stories share a lip lock).

Joseph Will has done a ton of episodic work on TV since Voyager, including the series finale of Revenge, and became a silver fox in the process.

BEAUTIFUL THURSDAY | ZB, JC & HS

From: Beautiful Mag
IT IS DONE. THE FIRST MONTH OF 2008 IS FINISHED. ONE THAT WILL GO DOWN IN THE BEAUTIFUL ARCHIVES AS A MONTH FULL OF SURPRISES AND SPECIAL FEATURES. AND TODAY, ON THE EDGE OF JANUARY WE BRING YOU THE LAST ONE. ONE THAT WE PROMISED TO GIVE YOU A LONG TIME BEFORE. GENTLEMEN, PLEASE WELCOME OUR THIRD TRIPTYCH OF JANUARY 2008…

For the very first time since we started the series, we skipped a Beautiful Thursday last week. Instead we gave you the third part of The Prophecy, which we considered to be a good alternative. But for those who missed Thursday, we try to make it up today with two beautiful man, shot by one beautiful photographer.

You might recall the first banner we put out here in November 28, 2007, featuring Zach Burns, trying to trigger your interest. Which really isn’t too difficult with a man like Zach. Today’s Beautiful Thursday was an initiative from Zach Burns and photographer Hotsnapz, whom you also already met here on these pages, and a series of photos shot specially for us. And thus for you.

Zach and Hotsnapz contacted their mutual friend James Charlton, also no stranger for the hardcore Beautiful visitors, and as true musketeers the three of them joined forces, creating this series of fashion shots that really wouldn’t look bad as an Armani billboard. Who wouldn’t want to see these sculpted bodies on Times Square, huh? –B-

Zach Burns and James Charlton are wearing: Underwear by Emporio Armani | grey ‘Racer back’ vest by Topman | black military flightsuit and dog tags from Jungle, Covent Garden | military ‘Extreme Cold Weather’ type F1-B pants, Ebay.
