THE TOP 50 HOTTEST HUNKS OF THE 80′S!
From: The Backlot

Gregory Harrison.
Back in the 80′s, he gave us the gift of his shower exit every week in the credits of Trapper John M.D., and of course, the 80′s stripper classic For Ladies Only (which definitely wasn't).

WATER POLO BROS

From: Manhunt Daily
Three young men in speedos stand in a row and hold one another by the hips. The one in the front bends over and stretches out his arms, as if he’s about to take off in flight. This somehow makes them look like they’re simulating anal sex, and as a result, they’re the subject of today’s round of Caption This.

Weird Contest Week = August 12 - August 16
While this annual August event is different every year, you can expect some mainstays like Taffy Sculpting, French Fry Sculpting, Artistic Pie Eating (boats, seagulls, the state of New Jersey), Wet T-shirt Tossing (record: 165 feet), Putrid Puns and Celebrity Super Hero Impersonations.
Events occur daily at 11:00 am in front of the Music Pier, Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace. The grand finale is the highly fashionable Miss Miscellaneous Contest. They've even created a song: "Miss Miscellaneous, so, so spontaneous, never extraneous, even if it would rain on us, it wouldn't be a pain to us, because we adore you, we adore you, Miss Miscellaneous."
International Youth Day - August 12
2013 International Youth Day: Youth Migration, Moving Development Forward
On 17 December 1999, in its resolution 54/120, the United Nations General Assembly endorsed the recommendation made by the World Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth (Lisbon, 8-12 August 1998) that 12 August be declared International Youth Day.
The theme of International Youth Day 2013 is "Youth Migration: Moving Development Forward."
Young people make up a significant share of the global number of international migrants. In 2010, there were an estimated 27 million international young migrants. While migration can often offer valuable opportunities and contribute to the development of communities and society at large, it can also pose risks and lead to unacceptable situations, including discrimination and exploitation.
The 2013 observance of International Youth Day will raise awareness of the opportunities and risks associated with youth migration, share knowledge and information stemming from recent research and analysis on this topic, and engage young people in discussions on their migration experiences.
IBM PC Day - August 12
Would you spend $3,886.19 for a computer? That was the equivalent cost of the first personal computer that IBM released on Aug. 12, 1981. The actual starting price was $1,565. Today we take fast printers, high-impact graphics and big memory cards for granted. Some of the cutting-edge features of the original IBM PC included:
* A color monitor with 16 foreground and background colors
* "Multiple 32K and 64K memory cards that could be plugged into the option slots to increase memory to 256K." (IBM)
* Two diskette drives
Vinyl Record Day - August 12
Vinyl Record Day is organized by (you guessed it) the Vinyl Record Day Company – a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to recognizing the preserving vinyl music, its culture, art and sound. Whilst you could dust off some old vinyl records, you may be surprised to find many modern artists producing music in vinyl format to provide a richer, more immersive experience.
Guess His Dick, Best Man Edition: Reveal
From: Queer Click
Are you drooling yet? Is your brow slick with anticipatory perspiration? Want to see him out of that suit? Well wait no longer! The votes have been cast, and we're ready to reveal this nice, thick secret. Were you right?
We had a hard time with this one (no pun intended), because it looks bigger or smaller depending on which picture we're looking at. However, we're using our QC authority to officially declare the verdict: 6" cut, nice and veiny. We sure wouldn't mind gobblin' this one down.
